Shipping & Backorder Information
Shipping
Orders will ship within 2 to 4 business days after they are placed. Please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct during checkout. If your shipping address is incorrect, your order will be delayed.
Standard Ground Shipping Rates
We ship standard Fedex Ground or UPS Ground. You can calculate the actual shipping cost on our shopping cart page before entering your completed address, or you can check the shipping cost at the checkout.
*Other shipping options: Next Day and 2nd Day. These are standard overnight orders - delivered Monday-Friday.
Expedited orders are processed the day they are placed (M-F 9am-5pm EST). These orders will not ship until the following business day. We DO NOT ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Orders under $30 will incur a small order handling fee of $4.50.
Real-Time Shipping From FedEx and UPS: In the event that there would be a shipping error due to either FedEx or UPS real-time shipping, we will notify our customer of the correct shipping amount prior to processing the order.
We do not ship on major Holidays such as: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
Shipping Outside The Contiguous 48 States: We do not ship outside the contiguous 48 US States. Thus, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska and/or PR.

Order Fulfillment/Backorders
Although, we use real-time inventory on our site, there are occasions(not often) when inventory counts are off. Orders will be fulfilled with available inventory. If only a partial amount is available we will send what is in stock and issue a refund for the unavailable items. We DO NOT place items on backorder for later shipment - UNLESS, it is an entire order at which point we will contact you and you can decide if you want us to hold the order until stock is available.
Online orders are processed twice daily, at 8am and 1pm Eastern Standard Time.
Order Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel an order, email customerservice@activedogsupplies.com prior to the order leaving our warehouse. In the event your order has left our warehouse prior to cancellation, please follow the standard return policy.
