* We don't exchange products. Please place a new order for the things you want and return your item(s).
Return to stock merchandise:
No returns will be accepted without a completed RA (Return Authorization) Form. RA Form included in shipment. Product to be returned to address listed on RA Form. Products returned without authorization form will be charged a $25.00 restocking fee.
All product returns must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition (clean without signs of use - please note items with dog hair cannot be resold) within (20) days of shipping date to receive full credit less shipping charges.
Product returned beyond (20) days of shipping date and in resalable condition will be subjected to 25% restocking fee less shipping charges.
Product returned not in resalable conditions (used/has dog hair or not in original Packing) will not be eligible for credit.
We will accept the return of any order within 20 days of purchase. Please email customerservice@activedogsupplies.com. You will be responsible for any and all shipping charges of the return, unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item.
Must be returned within 20 days of shipping date and are charged a $20 re-stocking Fee.
Clippers returns:
oster, andis and wahl products are not returnable once used or removed from the original packaging. Damaged and defective items are handled directly between the customer and manufacturer.

Shortages/damages/wrong item shipped:
Product reported within (15) days of shipping date-full credit will be issued or a replacement will be sent.
